The Villages Amateur Radio Club (K4VRC) provides the "For Sale" page as a service to its members to facilitate the sale of excess amateur radio equipment. By using this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Access to Listings:

Any visitor to the K4VRC website may view listings and contact sellers directly to inquire about or purchase items. All communication and transactions occur directly between the buyer and seller.

Assumption of Risk:

Buyers and sellers assume all risks associated with transactions, including but not limited to inaccurate item descriptions, non-delivery, payment disputes, or any other issues arising from the sale. K4VRC does not verify the accuracy of listings, the condition of items, or the reliability of buyers or sellers.

Club Liability:

K4VRC provides the "For Sale" page as a courtesy and convenience to the amateur radio community and is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions, including disputes, losses, or damages. The club cannot be held accountable for any issues arising from the use of this service.

Compliance:

K4VRC reserves the right to decline to list or remove any listing that does not comply with these terms, including non-amateur radio items or listings from ineligible parties.
