Antenna Tuner, Automatic Yaesu FT-450/950, 100 watts, 160-6 meters
The LDG YT-450 auto tuner fills a need for Yaesu transceiver owners who own the FT-450 or the FT-950. This makes it an integrated tuner powered by the interface. No extra power cables are needed. Just press the tune button on the tuner and everything else happens automatically! The mode is set to carrier and the RF power is reduced, a tune cycle runs and the radio is returned to the original settings. It operates from 160 to 6 meters with from 1 to 100 watts.

The Pro Set 6 (PS 6) utilizes the HC-6 dynamic element designed for amateur radio use with most radio rigs including Kenwood and Yaesu. The -3dB points are fixed at 100 Hz and 12 kHz with a sensitivity of -57 dB at 600 ohms output impedance (centered at 1 kHz.) Note: To use dynamic mic elements on vintage radios (requiring a high impedance input of 10k to 30k ohms) will require the use of an XT-1 impedance matching transformer.
